Submission Report

The Submission Report allows grantors to view information on a specific submitted application.

How to Access a Submission Report

  1. Select the Submission Report link under the Grantor Reports header on the Grantor Center page or Grantor tab drop-down menu. The Submission Report page will display.

  2. Enter the specific Grant Tracking number in the Grant Tracking Number field.

  3. Click the Search button.

  4. Review the following information about the application in the Details box: Grants Tracking Number, Funding Opportunity Number, Opportunity Package ID, CFDA, Competition ID, Agency, Agency Tracking Number, Date/Time Received, Submission Method (Workspace, Workspace (Mobile), PDF, S2S and Third Party S2S), Submitter’s UEI (Unique Entity Identifier), UEI in Application, Active Exclusions, Debt Subject to Offset, Agency Notes (when available), Submitter’s User ID, Submitter's Name, Submitter's Email, Submitter's State, Submission History, and Status. There may also be a link to Related Submissions.

Note: The Active Exclusions and Debt Subject to Offset fields are captured at the time of submission for the Submission Report. Use the Organization Report to view the current status.
