After publishing a forecast for a funding opportunity, a Grantor with the Manage Forecasts role can choose to modify it.
How to Modify a Published Forecast
Select the grant opportunity from the Manage Opportunities page.
You may need to use the search box at the top of the page to locate the specific funding opportunity. You can search by Opportunity Number, Opportunity Title, CFDA, Category, and Components.
Click the Manage link in the Actions column for the funding opportunity you wish to modify. You will be taken to the Forecast tab on the Manage Opportunity page.
Click on the Modify button under the Manage Forecast Details section. You will be directed to the Modify Forecast page.
Make the necessary modifications under the General Information, Eligibility, and Additional Information sections.
The Send Change Notifications via Email checkbox is automatically selected for both posted forecasts and forecasts with a future post date. Only if you are modifying a posted forecast will subscribed users be notified via email of this modification. (This feature is not available for draft forecast modifications.) If you do not want to send a change notification, deselect the checkbox.
Enter a description of your changes in the Modification Comments box. If you are modifying a draft forecast, the Modification Comments box is optional.
Click the Publish button. You will be directed to the Modify Forecast Confirm page. This is a read-only screen to verify your changes to the forecast.
Click the Publish button to finalize the changes, or click the Modify button to go back and make further revisions.
Once you have successfully published your modified forecast, you will be directed back to the Forecast tab of the Manage Opportunity page. You should receive a success message on this page.
Note: It may take several minutes for the changes to be made public.
