Add or Modify the Overall Form Package

When a Grantor with the Manage Packages role clicks on the Select a Package Template button on the New Multi-Project Package Creation page, the Choose from Available Templates for the Overall Form Package pop-up window will appear (* denotes mandatory fields).

How to Add an Overall Form Package

  1. Enter the Form Package label in the *Label field. The label has a maximum of 30 alphanumeric characters. Spaces and underscores can be used but no other special characters are allowed.

  2. Use the search functionality to locate the desired template. You can narrow the search results by searching for the Template Name, Agency Owner Code, Project Type, and Form Family.

  3. Select the desired template under the record's Actions column.

  4. Click the Save button. Or, click the Cancel button.

Note: To modify an existing package template, you will need to go to the Manage Application Package Templates page from the drop-down menu or Grantor Center.
