Add or Modify a Template

Clicking on the Select a Package Template button on the New Package Creation page will bring up the Choose from Available Templates for this Form Package pop-up window.

How to Add a Template

  1. Use the search functionality to locate the desired template. You can narrow the search by searching for the Template Name, Agency Owner Code, Project Type, and Form Family. The Project Type field will only display if your agency uses both Single and Multi-Project packages.

  2. Select the desired template under the record's Actions column.

  3. Click the Save button. Or, click the Cancel button.

Note: To modify an existing template, you will need to go to the Manage Application Package Templates page from the drop-down menu or Grantor Center.
