Add or Modify Sub-Application Groups for Multi-Project

From the Multi-Project Package tab of the Manage Opportunity page, Grantors with the Manage Packages role can select a multi-project application package by clicking on the Modify link in the specific package row.

How to Update a Sub-Application Group

  1. To modify a Sub-Application package, click on the Modify link on the specific row in the Sub-Application Group(s) Details table. The Modify this Sub-Application Group box is displayed.

  2. Make the necessary updates to the Sub-Application package.

  3. Click the Save button to save the changes you made to the Sub-Application package. You will be returned to the Existing Multi-Project Package page and the changes will be displayed in the Sub-Application Group table. Click the Cancel button if you do not want to save the changes. You will be returned to the Existing Multi-Project Package page and the changes will not be saved.

  4. On the Existing Multi-Project Package page, the Send Change Notifications via Email checkbox is automatically selected. Applicants who have subscribed to be notified of modifications for this package will receive an email. If you do not want to send a change notification, deselect the checkbox.

  5. You are required to enter a description of your changes in the Package Modification Comments box.

  6. Click the Publish button.

  7. You will be directed to the Multi-Project Package Publication Verification page. This is a read-only screen to verify your modifications. To view the application instructions, click the View link in the Application Instructions field.

  8. If you do not want to save the changes you made to the opportunity, click the Cancel button. You will be returned to the Manage Opportunities page and the changes will not be saved.

  9. If you need to make more changes, click the Edit button and you will be returned to the Existing Multi-Project Package page.

  10. If you are satisfied with the changes you made to the opportunity, click the Publish button.

  11. When you have successfully modified your Multi-Project package you will be directed to the Multi-Project Package Publication Success page. The screen will list the number of applicants who will be notified via email of the package modification.

  12. Click the Continue button to return to the Manage Opportunities page.

How to Delete a Sub-Application Group

  1. If you want to delete a Sub-Application package, click the Delete link on the specific row in the Sub-Application Group table. The Delete Sub-Application Group box will be displayed.

  2. If you do not want to delete the Sub-Application package, click the Close button. You will be returned to the Existing Package page and the Sub-Application package will still be displayed in the Sub-Application Group table.

  3. If you want to delete the Sub-Application package, click the Delete button. You will be returned to the Existing Package page and the Sub-Application package row will no longer appear in the Sub-Application Group table.
