The Manage Applicants Delegate page allows Grants.gov Administrator to assign or revoke the Third Party Submitter role for applicant certificates. To do so, the Grants.gov Administrator must have the exact serial number associated with the applicant; the serial number is based on the certificate purchased by the applicant.
This function is associated with the Grants.gov System-to-System functionality. For more information about how applicants obtain a certificate, refer to the Applicant Certificate page in the System-to-System tab on Grants.gov.
How to Reassign Roles for Applicants Delegate
Click the Manage Applicants Delegate link in the left navigation menu on the Grantor Center page.
Enter a valid Serial of the certificate in the Equals field.
Click the Search button.
Navigate through the search results and click on the specific row of the Serial for which you want to assign or revoke third party submitter access. The row will become highlighted.
Click the Reassign Roles button.
Select the Third Party Submitter role, then click the single arrow pointing toward the Current Roles box.
To save your changes, click the Continue button. To cancel your changes, click Cancel Reassign.
