Audit Report Admin - User Activity

The Audit Report Admin - User Activity allows Grants.gov administrators to view information on any user.

How to Access an Audit Report (Admin Users)

  1. Select the Audit Report Admin - User Activity link from the Grantor Center page or Grantor tab drop-down menu.

  2. Enter a UEI (Unique Entity Identifier) in the Performed On or Performed By fields.

  3. Check the “Is EBiz?” box if you want to view records associated with EBiz accounts.

  4. Select an item from the Actions list if you want to filter your search.

  5. The results provide the following audit data: Performed By, Performed By UEI (Unique Entity Identifier)/Agency Code, Performed By Type, Category, Action, Performed On, Performed On UEI/Agency Code, Performed On Type, Source, Details, and Timestamp.

Note: When an application is submitted using the mobile app, the words “Mobile Submission” will appear in the Details column after the Grants.gov Tracking Number, Funding Opportunity Number, and Opportunity Package ID.
